ELIGIBILITY: The 2009 24 Hour Fitness MyGoal Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and the District of Columbia who are 18 (19 in NE) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of 24 Hour Fitness, its advertising, promotion and marketing agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, and parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, of the above are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 1, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on November 15, 2009 (“Promotional Period”).

TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotional Period: 1)”follow” the @24hourfitness twitter account during the campaign time frame and “tweet” from your twitter account at least one fitness goal with the hashtag #MYGOAL. To “follow” the @24hourfitness twitter account, simply type 24hourfitness under the “find people” page and click the “follow” button. Participants may tweet as many goals to #MYGOAL as they wish, but only one entry per person per day will be recorded. 2) Alternate method of entry: Hand print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, & the words “MyGoal Sweepstakes” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper & mail it in a sealed, stamped & hand-printed #10 envelope to: 24 Hour Fitness My Goal Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4319-A, Manhasset, NY 11030-4319. Enter as often as you wish by mail, but each entry must be mailed separately, post marked by 11/14/09 and be received by 11/17/09. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: Two (2) 1st Prize winners, three (3) 2nd prize winners, five (5) third prize winners, nine (9) fourth prize winners, and two (2) fifth prize winners will be randomly selected in a random drawing on or about November 20, 2009, from among all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via direct message on twitter. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. ODDS: Estimated odds of winning a Prize are 1:750; however, the actual odds of winning any prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: First prize winner will receive a ten pack of fifty minute personal training sessions (ARV=$500). Second prize winners will receive a five pack of fifty minute personal training sessions (ARV=$250). Third prize winners will receive three pack of fifty minute personal training sessions (ARV=$129). Fourth prize winners will receive a bodybugg^® calorie management system with armband and digital display. (ARV $249). Fifth prize winners will receive a $100 coupon to mystore on 24hourfitness.com. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding.

GENERAL: Sponsor will collect information from the entrants solely for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify each Winner. Sponsor will not share this information with any third party, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or Winner notification as applicable. Sponsor will deliver prize directly to the identified Winner via direct tweet (for personal training and mystore credit prize Winners) or postal address (for bodybugg^® system prize Winners) provided by Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, undelivered, damaged prizes sent to Winner of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any error or problem that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of these Sweepstakes and/or modify these Official Rules at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may void any entries it suspects are at issue and, at its discretion, if terminated, award prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of California.
